-How are you doing at the moment? I´m Fine! Working on our LP.
-Dennis and you are working with your own music, right? How is it going? Now that we can write and produce our own songs, we are happier than ever!
-What kind of music do you do? It´s hard to explain. You gotta listen to it. After many years we found our own style and it´s not Black music as many expected.
-Can you tell briefly what happened last year? Working on our album, writing songs, writing songs, writing songs, a.s.o.
-Is everything better today? Many things are better because now the time has come that we can do what we ever wanted to do. We can do our own music and found people that believe in us!
-Is it true you didn't like the Touché-music? Because of the fact that I don´t want to tell lies anymore: Yes and No. It was not my kinda music. Bohlen wrote the music so it didn´t came from the heart. Since I was born I was listening to Soul and RnB like Blackstreet, Toni Braxton and Conner Reeves a.s.o. And it´s not easy with that music in mind to sing songs like "YMCA" or "This Goodbye is not forever". But it was ok. Because we all learned a lot and got experiences in singing on stage and many other things.
-Did you enjoy the time with Touché? Of course. We had a lot of fun and saw many many countries and cultures. We have been to China and Russia and also USA. It was a very good time!
-Do you miss something you had then? No, because everything is in my head now. And more will come soon. So why should I miss something? :)
-Do you think you still have fans? I´m not sure but I think some fans are still there and will stay with us when we´re back.
-Are you in contact with Martin and Alex? Yes I am. But not very often. Alex lives in Cologne and Martin lives in Hannover now. They both have plans for the future and we don´t have enough time to see each other.
-Do you know something about their future? I heard something about a new "Touché" band. I heard they are trying to find two new guys and start again with Touché. Why not? Good luck for them.
-Last one...Do you have any messages for people? "Live every second because it could be the last." I thought about that sentence many times as I heard about the dead of people like Aaliyah, Left eye, Melanie Thornton and the people from the World Trade Center. Watch a sunrise and see how beautiful it still is even all people in the world kill themselves. The sun is not affected and is still beautiful...
Thank you for an interview and wish you a good luck with the music business ;-)
